If Golf Course Extension Road is Gurgaon's newest luxury address, Sector 65 is its centre of gravity. The sector stretches along the road between Sector 62 and Sector 67 and holds several of the corridor's best-known towers.
What is here
M3M Golf Estate, M3M Latitude, M3M City Heights and the Trump Tower residences by M3M and Tribeca give the sector its skyline. Around them sit high-street retail blocks, the M3M Urbana commercial complex on the Sector 67 edge and a string of cafés and clinics that have opened as families moved in.
Connectivity
Golf Course Extension Road connects north to Golf Course Road and the rapid metro in about 15 minutes and south to Sohna Road via Sector 66–67. The Southern Peripheral Road provides a second exit toward NH-48. The corridor was widened and given service lanes in recent years, easing the older complaints about the "Extension" traffic.
Prices
Completed 3 BHK apartments in the sector generally start in the ₹2–2.5 crore range and run above ₹5 crore for large-format homes and penthouses in the marquee towers. Rentals are strong because of the corporate belt on Golf Course Road and the IT parks on Sohna Road.
Who it suits
Families who want new-build luxury without the Golf Course Road price tag, and investors targeting senior corporate tenants. Buyers sensitive to noise should look at inner towers rather than road-facing units.
